Our Commitment
At frozenonhrax we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition in their original packaging where possible. We may refuse returns that are damaged by use, altered, or missing parts. Certain items (e.g., personalized or fragile pieces) may be non-returnable; we will state this at the time of order.
Time Frame
Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at serviceteam@frozenonhrax.world or via the contact form to receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit until we receive them.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable period, or arrange an exchange if preferred and available. Refunds may exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
